They are seeking a Business Analyst to join their Enterprise Solutions team and report directly to the IT Manager of the team. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and involving in various aspects of the company's corporate solutions including ERP, Finance and other SaaS platforms.

    Role & Responsibilities

    * Involve in blueprint design, business user requirements gathering and then translating them to functional specifications
    * Have the opportunity to lead and manage different projects teams and external stakeholders (vendors & consultants) during IT project delivery
    * Create and present requirement documents, including process mapping diagrams and workflow for stakeholders review
    * Manage and collaborate with internal & external resources and business users throughout the whole project implementation period. Provide support and expertise during all phases of the IT project life cycle
    * Keep up-to-date with industry trends. Facilitate and support business process change.

    Skills & Qualifications

    * Degree Holder
    * Around 5 years of working experience in IT with great experience in Business Analysis / System Implementation
    * Experience in Agile / Hybrid project is a plus
    * Experience in Data Analytics / Reporting is a plus
    * Experience in ERP, Finance, SaaS Solutions is a MUST
    * Experience in stakeholder management or vendor management

    En pleine transformation digitale, le groupe lance des projets de transformation majeurs (Supply Chain, eCommerce, PLM, déploiement ERP, …) pour accompagner son expansion.

    Au sein de l'équipe Projets de la DSI, vous pilotez la partie IT des projets Supply Chain amont en lien avec les métiers.

    À ce titre, vous assurez les missions suivantes :

    Gestion de projet :

    * Assister les métiers dans les étapes de cadrage, la définition des besoins et la priorisation des fonctionnalités
    * Élaborer, suivre et respecter le plan projet : périmètre, délai, coût, lotissement
    * Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la solution : paramétrer les outils, spécifier et suivre les développements.
    * Suivre le projet et piloter les prestations externes : consultants, développeurs, …
    * Tester la solution et assister les utilisateurs dans la phase de recette
    * Documenter la solution en vue de son passage en production puis en support
    * Accompagner les key-users dans la gestion du changement
