Role & Responsibilities

* To be the key focal point of Hong Kong and coordinate closely within the regional IT team and deal with other team members or stakeholders to work on system maintenance and enhancements.
* To deal with first level issue raised by users, perform debugging and troubleshooting regarding SAP systems with the goal of contributing to the group's business objectives.
* To provide guidance and support to business users with off-shore IT team and vendors.

Skills & Qualifications

* Experience in SAP system support or implementation is a big plus.

* Presentable, self-started with great communication skills.
* Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
